Position Overview

We are seeking a highly technical, forward-thinking Senior Solutions Architect to join our client’s Technology and Innovation Council (TIC), an elite team focused on identifying, prototyping, and scaling emerging technologies that solve complex Federal mission challenges.

Team members are hands-on builders and strategic advisors who rapidly transform ideas into scalable, enterprise-ready solutions that drive measurable impact across federal health programs.

As a Senior Solutions Architect, you will lead the design and development of modern cloud-native solutions, AI-enabled applications, and advanced technical demonstrations that support customer engagements, strategic pursuits, and mission transformation initiatives. You will work closely with engineering teams, capture and proposal leadership, and executive stakeholders to architect differentiated technical solutions that position for growth and long-term success.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving complex technical problems, and wants to help shape the next generation of Federal technology solutions. This role follows a hybrid work schedule, with the primary work location based in McLean, VA.

  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor during capture, proposal, and oral presentation activities
  • Respond confidently to technical inquiries and provide strategic guidance on architecture, modernization, and implementation approaches
  • Collaborate closely with engineers, architects, data scientists, and product teams to deliver high-quality technical solutions
  • Apply cybersecurity and secure software development best practices throughout the solution lifecycle
  • Contribute hands-on development support across architecture, integration, automation, and application modernization initiatives
  • Create reusable technical artifacts, architectural patterns, and proposal content to support future growth efforts
  • Support technical proposal development, including solution architecture, technical writing, diagrams, and compliance reviews
  • Review and refine technical content to ensure feasibility, accuracy, and alignment with customer requirements
  • Contribute to thought leadership initiatives, white papers, and innovation-focused content that strengthens market presence
